Sanjeev Bhanot
The Yoga Scientist
Sanjeev Bhanot, The Yoga Scientist
Raised in the desert town of Sri Dungargarh in Rajasthan, Sanjeev grew up immersed in a tradition that treated the inner life as a science long before modern psychology existed. He trained as a naturopath and yoga therapist in Delhi, and has spent the decades since carrying that understanding into every context imaginable — from working with UN agencies including UNICEF, WHO and the ILO, to sitting with Olympic athletes before competition and with people in prison.
Sanjeev has worked on the set of Eat Pray Love, consulted for the Solar Impulse project in Switzerland, and taught in television studios, universities, hospitals and retreat spaces across Europe, Asia and the US. He founded Yogalife International over 25 years ago, a teacher training academy that has certified thousands of practitioners.
A TEDx speaker, Sanjeev collaborates on active research with Humboldt University and the Max Planck Institute Berlin, exploring the intersection of yogic philosophy, neuroscience and mental health. He is currently completing his first book.
Rosie Cardoe
Nutritional Therapist
Rosie Cardoe, Nutritional Therapist
Rosie Cardoe (DipNT CNM, mANP, mGNC) is a nutritional therapist trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a member of the General Naturopathic Council and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
Before nutrition, Rosie spent over 30 years in catering as a private chef, teacher and home economist, giving her a practical understanding of how people really eat day to day. In mid-life, her own health issues — IBS, poor sleep, weight gain and rising cholesterol — led her to retrain, and that lived experience now shapes how she works with clients facing similar struggles.
Rosie runs her own practice, writing personalised nutrition plans, using functional medicine testing where useful, and advising on sleep, stress and exercise alongside food. She supports clients with general health, IBS and gut issues, heart conditions, diabetes, weight management, mental health and menopause.
